It is a bit more complicated than just starting to do what you want to do. This webinar covered all of the government agencies with which you would need to be in contact.
There is an opportunity to go through each of these steps in a DIY manner, but the webinar cautions that you may want to consult with your accountant, CPA, attorney, or a business advisor to make sure that you are covering all of your bases and in the correct order.
