​To participate in the EPIC program, visit your Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) office. Step 4 below requires assistance from your IDHS case worker/manager or the orientation facilitator. 

Step 4. Complete the Online Application

​The following online application will help EPIC staff identify training programs that might be a good match for you.

You will only be able to complete the online application if you have completed or are scheduled for an EPIC orientation at an IDHS office in your region.  Your case worker/manager will provide you with a username and password.

Log in with your username and password to complete the Online Application.

This application includes your:

  • Background information
  • Training interests
  • Work history
  • Education and skill levels

Tell the orientation facilitator when you are done with the application so you can meet with a case worker for your assignment.
