1. Can you tell us who holds the current contract for Craft Apprenticeship services?
   
   

   The last contract that was issued under this program was between Commonwealth Edison (grantor) and the Illinois IBEW Renewable Energy Fund (grantee).
   

2. The NOFO references several attachments (such as forms for the executive summary, project implementation plan), but there are no attachments listed on the web page for application materials. Can you provide a link to the attachments?
