Updated the "Performance Training Indicators" on the dashboard:
"Total Education/Training Participants"
Separated Adult and Dislocated Worker participants qualifying for MSG and Credential measures apart from Youth participants.
Correction of MSG rows to list participants with Closed and Open qualifying education/training services.
Enhancement: The "Training Exiters that have not earned a Credential" row to include a cutoff date.
Added row for, "Training Exiters that did not earn a Credential within 1 year of Exit".
Added new data points for all rows: "Last Completed Service End Date" and "Days Since Last Closed Service" are available in the filter check list in your customer listing.
Updated Performance Graphs:
Corrected the Quarter dropdown: "Quarter 4" replaced "Year to Date" as the last selection in the dropdown. (Since "Year-to-Date" is "current quarter" it should not be locked in the place of one Quarter the entire PY.)

Dashboard
Text updates to some of the rows listed in the Training section of the dashboard.
The info bubbles for the Measurable Skill Gains rows were updated to include additional information on In-School Youth.
A new row of
90 Days Left to Earn Credential
was added to the dashboard.
Performance
The Customer List, for the Denominator and Numerator, of the following measure was updated to identify the timeframe a customer must fall into in order to be included in the measure. The timeframe can be seen in the breadcrumbs.

Dashboard
A PY and Quarter filter were added to the dashboard to allow users to filter down the dashboard data. The PY date range will show under the PY filter. The info bubble next to the PY filter will highlight how data is calculated when selecting a PY. For the Quarter filter, the Quarter range will show in the drop-down with each quarter.
Currently, Quarter 1 - Quarter 4 are available. We will be adding a Year-To-Date filter soon.
The Planned Participant row has been removed. This row is being reevaluated, once the data can be pulled in correctly for all program types we will be re-adding this row.
Text Update to several Dashboard Rows and Info Bubbles:
Not Employed at Exit - Entered Training Related Employment 2nd Quarter after Exit
Not Employed at Exit - Entered Training Related Employment 4th Quarter after Exit
The Exiters Qualifying for Performance section was updated to identify "Exits More than 2 Quarters Ago"
In the Participant Overview section, the 'Active Participants' info-bubble was updated to provide more clarity on who makes up that row, "Number of participants with a certification date but no exit date and at one point in time had/have an enrolling service"
In the Customer Engagement section, the Active Participants row was updated to "Number of Active Participants with Open Service"
The service type was added to the Open for more than ## Months rows in the Customer Engagement section.

Customer List
When looking at a customer list for any of the performance measure denominator counts you can select to view an "In Numerator" column that will identify which of the customers is the denominator are in the numerator and which are not.
Exit Quarter has been updated to reflect the Calendar Quarter. The column now reads, "Exit Quarter (Calendar Quarter)".
An update was pushed out to correct an issue some LWIAs were experiencing where the count that showed in the performance tool did not align to the number of customers pulled back on the customer list. Some customers enrolled in multiple programs were being double-counted. This has been corrected so the numbers that show in the table align with those in the customer list.
Dashboard
The dashboard row "No Case Note in 30 days" was updated to remove the case management service info and the info bubble was updated to reflect how that row was being calculated.

Glossary
An IPATS glossary tab has been included on each of the tool features. Users can easily tab over to the glossary to search specific reporting terms to get definitions and additional information.
IPATS Guide
Users can now access the IPATS Guide from the IPATS tool by selecting their name in the top right corner and then
select
IPATS Guide.
Dashboard
Updates were made to info bubbles to provide clarifying information on what kind of data is being pulled for specific roles.
Performance
Updates were made to the Customer Engagement Section to identify Registrants as Active Registrants.

Dashboard Updates
Icons were added to provide additional identification to the color-coding of the dashboard rows. The Report Overview section on the page was updated to identify which icons correspond to which colors and the Dashboard Instruction documents were updated to do the same.
Performance Updates
Informational Text was added to the Organization Filter to indicate a Workforce Program must be selected before the Organization Filter can be used.

IPATS went live and was made available through Illinois workNet.
Tools include:
Dashboard
- The dashboard is set up to follow the flow of customers through the life of a program. It uses color-coding to identify customers moving forward in green, customers who might have warning signs in yellow, and customers who need immediate action in red. All blue underlined counts are clickable and linked to customer lists.
Performance
- By syncing with Illinois Workforce Development System (IWDS) data, IPATS will ensure data validation across WIOA programs highlighting WIOA's 5 key indicators that are reported to DOL each year, as well as additional indicators regarding customer engagement.
LWIA Comparison
- The LWIA Comparison tools servers as a transparency tool that allows LWIA’s to see where they are at in relation to the statewide numbers and other similar LWIA’s around them.
