About LWACS
LWACS Logo​The Local Workforce Area Contact System (LWACS) is an online database on Illinois workNet that allows Primary Data Entry Persons (Title I Administrators) and/or Local Workforce Innovation Board (LWIB) staff to enter individual or LWIB members’ contact information to process nominations, appointments, and recertification.

The Local Workforce Area Contact System tool is for LWIB and the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Staff, who have been granted access to manage LWIB member contact information. To request LWACS access, contact Mike Baker (Michael.Baker@Illinois.gov).
