The following steps happen with your case worker/manager after you complete your interest survey, training program review and completion of your application. During this meeting, you will:
- Review the random assignment consent form and decide if you would like to proceed with signing it.
- If you sign the consent form, complete the EPIC program registration form.
After completing the above steps, your case worker/manager will complete the random assignment process. This will determine:
- If you are placed in the EPIC Program Services group. If placed in this group you will then review your training options, select a program, and begin the EPIC program.
- OR -
- If you are not placed in the EPIC Program Services group. If placed in this group you will continue to receive your allowed benefits and your case worker/manager will provide next steps.
If you are assigned to the EPIC Program Services group, your case worker will schedule your intake orientation appointment with your new training provider.
On your scheduled date, take any required items with you to your appointment.
This is a great opportunity!
