isets Partner Guide

This guide is intended to be used by Workforce Partners participating in the Illinois SNAP Employment & Training System (ISETS). This site will be updated ongoing as the project progresses and materials are needed. Please submit Help Requests through the Help Request system in the dropdown menu by your login name when in ISETS.

Only partner accounts that have been granted access will see this program listed in their Customer list. After the initial user list submission is approved - New users must submit the IL444-2022 form and provide a birth date to be added to the ISETS system. An existing approved partner may submit this though the Help Request system.
