The Illinois Workforce Development System (IWDS) is a case management and reporting system for WIOA Title I and Trade data required by the Department of Labor. We are in transition and updating the current system. By the end of 2025, the plan is to transition to a more modern technology platform that includes the current functionalities of IWDS and other features. We are creating a minimum viable product that will meet the State’s case management, reporting, and monitoring requirements for users. This includes everything from Administrative Functions, Entity Management, Local Customer Information, Case Management, Grant Management, Training Provider and Training Program Information, TAA Voucher Information, Performance Management, and Reporting.
